- Technical Assessment: For technical roles, such as DevOps Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, we will administer a technical assessment to evaluate your skills in the relevant area. For example, for a Python Developer role, we may ask you to complete a coding challenge in Python.
- In-Person Interview: If you pass the phone screening and technical assessment, we will invite you to an in-person interview at our office or virtually. You will meet with members of the team, including the hiring manager, and discuss your qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Assessment Center: For some roles, we may invite you to an assessment center, which is a full-day event that includes a variety of assessment methods, such as group exercises, presentations, and problem-solving tasks.
